About the Role

As a Branch Representative, you will manage internal customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, process orders and quotations, and promote company products to increase sales. You will collaborate with sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment.
  • Process orders and quotations; support sales teams with requests.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
  • Source parts and equipment with suppliers and buying groups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships through open communication.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct physical inventory and ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Perform additional duties, including after-hours on-call support, as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Post-secondary education (asset).
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls during on-call rotations.
  • HVAC-R industry or related experience (asset).
  • Refrigeration, heating, ventilation degree (asset).
  • Forklift operation skills; training provided if needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually

Additional Pay : Overtime, annual bonus

Final salary depends on skills and experience, in accordance with regulations.
