Job summary

ENERCON Canada, with its North American headquarters in Montreal, seeks a Grid Operations Coordinator to provide real-time technical support for HV grid equipment and wind turbine maintenance teams. You will enhance safety, quality, and efficiency of service activities on ENERCON HV systems.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 5+ years of HV experience, fluency in English and French, and hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with HV electrical grid equipment.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel up to 6 weeks per year (Canada + Germany).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations on HV grid equipment at wind farms.
• Track and maintain history of HV interventions.
• Act as technical expert for maintenance and installation on HV systems.
• Draft, review, and recommend work instructions for HV grid systems.
• Contribute to fault resolution processes and alert management for HV systems.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions (TSIs) for HV equipment.
• Develop and validate planned work procedures for HV grid systems.
• Provide status reports on transformers, circuit breakers, and other HV equipment.
