Job summary

City of Cornwall is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of human services programs. This role ensures program effectiveness, policy compliance, and alignment with community needs, while supervising staff and coordinating with partners.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensure safety standards, and support outreach to increase participation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Services, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program coordination experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and funding guidelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Guide and support program staff, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Monitor program performance, track metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance accessibility and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource allocation, and staffing plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and funding guidelines.
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenditures for financial accountability.
• Address inquiries and feedback from participants, staff, and partners.
• Support outreach and engagement to increase program participation.
• Maintain records and prepare reports to support compliance with guidelines.
