SummaryAs a strategic HR Business Partner at the Director level, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the operational and strategic goals of multiple business units across Bell. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipCollaborate with senior leaders across assigned business units to understand business priorities and translate them into integrated HR strategies.Influence and guide leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.Lead cross-functional HR initiatives that support Bell's transformation and growth agenda.Talent & Performance ManagementDrive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.Support performance management processes that foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to ensure the right talent is hired and developed. Employee Experience & EngagementChampion Bell's employee value proposition and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and engagement.Analyze engagement data and lead action planning with business leaders.Address complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and risk mitigation.HR Program DeliveryEnsure consistent execution of HR programs and policies across business units.Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COEs) in Compensation, Organization Development, and Labour Relations to deliver seamless HR support.Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure HR practices comply with employment legislation and Bell's internal policies.Support certain investigations and manage highly sensitive employee matters with discretion and integrity.Critical QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role.Experience supporting multiple business units in a large, complex organization.Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.CHRL or equivalent designation preferred.Work EnvironmentHybrid work model with flexibility to support leaders across various Bell locations.Occasional travel may be required.Adequate knowledge of French i
