Location: Peterborough, ON (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience
As a Human Resources Specialist, You Will Specialist In:
Spearhead the talent acquisition process for both internal and external recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent aligning with Kawartha's culture and goals.
Lead the health and safety program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within Kawartha.
Qualifications Required:
Post-secondary education with emphasis in Human Resource Management
Two years experience in recruitment and selection
Completion of the Certified Human Resources Professional designation and working towards Certified Human Resources Leader designation
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Occasional travel may be required.
