The Drive Ahead

  • Complete Human Resource Generalist duties, including recruitment. onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and benefit claims management
  • Payroll Administration including data entry and payroll audits to ensure our payroll and HR data is the trusted source
  • Tracking and reviewing time and attendance through payroll software
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all employee information
  • Assisting with assigned HR and payroll projects that focus on our commitment to continuous improvement
  • A commitment to becoming an ADP super user

Performance Essentials

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and Payroll
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working HCM System software and digital tools
  • Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours / week)
