Job description

Frazer Jones Ireland is partnering with a leading international professional services firm, operating across 16 countries, to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for their Dublin office. This strategic role will support teams in Dublin, Belfast, and the Caribbean, working closely with the Ireland Managing Director and senior leadership.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position plays a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across the three regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Lead on employee relations and provide expert guidance on employee matters.
  • Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Support graduate recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinate local training initiatives with the L&D team.
  • Provide expert advice on Irish employment legislation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Manage the local talent review process and succession planning.
  • Deliver key HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and support local and global HR projects.
  • Organize and manage local learning and development events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally within professional services/Law firm.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the business.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders independently and influencing senior leaders.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, facilitation, and change management.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Workable).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility based on business needs.

Salary: Up to €85,000 + Bonus + Health + Pension

This company operates a hybrid working model - minimum 2 days per week in office. City Centre location.
