  • Supervises, coordinates the work and manages the performance of the administrative support team consisting of a Receptionist and Human Resource Administrator.
  • This role is approximately 30% recruitment and 70% consulting. Assist with expansion into Europe and Australia.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for its client groups : understand the client's needs, act as a liaison with recruitment agencies, screen and interview candidates, prepare offer letters and manage the employee onboarding program.
  • Manage and hire the students interns.
  • Assist the Executive Vice President, Operations with the Human Capital file and its strategic initiatives.
  • Understand and interpret HR policies and legislation to provide guidance on highly complex issues. Develop and implement HR Policies.
  • Be able to understand the organizational challenges of internal clients and play a key role in supporting the achievement of their goals and objectives.
  • Support managers in performance management and talent review processes.
  • Support managers with discipline and probation matters.
  • Manage the annual Performance Review program. Assist with annual bonus as it relates to Performance.
  • Participate in the analysis of employee engagement data via the Officevibe system while presenting the data to the organization's managers and employees and proposing initiatives to improve results.
  • Support and develop various human resources programs such as : office health, social activities (alongside the employee Social Committee), etc
  • Develop and maintain a mentorship program.
  • Maintain the pay equity program with Mercer.
  • Develop and maintain a formal training and professional development program.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of general projects or initiatives as part of the HR Strategic Plan.
  • Builds trust and collaboration with the Management Team within designated client groups to provide proactive solutions and ensure alignment of HR strategies with organizational needs. Others Travel : 0-10%
