Teck is seeking a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner for their Vancouver office. This role involves leading HR operations, aligning HR with operational needs, and fostering inclusive hiring strategies within a Joint Venture context. Candidates should have substantial HR experience and strategic skills to drive organizational performance in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a hardworking and driven Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner—with at least five years of progressive experience—ready to step confidently into a managerial role, or an emerging HR Manager eager to take the next step in a dynamic and strategic environment.
Based out of Galore Creek’s Vancouver office, the HR Manager will report to the General Manager, GCMC, and play a central role in leading and delivering human resources services across the organization. This includes navigating the complexities of a Joint Venture (JV) structure, aligning HR practices with operational needs, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture, promoting inclusive hiring and retention strategies, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with JV Partners.

Overview
Located in Tahltan Territory in northwestern British Columbia, Galore Creek is one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper-gold-silver deposits.
