Base pay range

CA$90,000.00 / yr - CA$100,000.00 / yr

Are you a recruitment powerhouse who thrives in a strategic HR role? We need someone passionate about talent acquisition who can manage full-cycle recruitment and oversee key HR functions like employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

Reporting to our CEO, our Human Resources Manager will be the go-to expert, using data and insights to make impactful HR decisions. You’ll work closely with C-Suite Executives to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective recruitment plans.
  • Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and best hiring practices.

General HR Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Support compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, DEI, and process improvements.
  • Manage grant opportunities for eligible positions within our organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (required).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Extensive experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • High initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of grant management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • CHRP designation (or working towards) is an asset.

Additional Details

  • Work primarily on-site in Surrey.
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week.
  • Start date: ASAP.
