Overview

The HR Manager is the Club Med values ambassador, leads and animates the HR team, and is responsible for operational HR processes. The HR Manager supports the managerial line in the supervision of the teams, recruits local staff and leads social monitoring. This position supports our Montreal office as well as our call center in Tempe, Arizona.

  • Be responsible for personnel management and the application of social regulations within the resort.

  • Manage the process of integration and evaluation of employees in compliance with the rules and procedures of labor law
  • Set up a local recruitment policy
  • Manage relations with employee representative bodies
