Minimum QualificationsAs Manager, HR Operations, you will play a critical leadership role within our HR team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources (VPHR). Your mandate is to lead the design and delivery of a high-impact, employee-centered HR operations function that directly supports operations and aligns with broader business priorities.
You will work in close partnership with the HR Leadership Team to shape and execute HR strategies that drive organizational performance, operational efficiency, and workforce engagement. Your primary objective is to build a responsive, future-ready HR operations team that delivers measurable value across the business.
Key Areas of Impact:
You will apply sound judgment, deep HR expertise, and business acumen to influence decisions and deliver HR solutions that improve both employee experience and business outcomes. By strengthening the capabilities of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, you will empower them to make data-informed decisions and solve complex organizational challenges.
