Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on training, employee development, and policy implementation. This role will play a key part in ensuring our workforce is well-trained, engaged, and aligned with company policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  2. Identify training needs and work with leadership to address skill gaps.
  3. Track training effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company guidelines.
  6. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, workplace conduct, and best practices.
  7. Act as a resource for employees, answering HR-related inquiries.
  8. Support performance management initiatives, coaching, and feedback processes.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of HR policies, training techniques, and compliance.
  2. Experience with an HRIS system (BambooHR) is a plus.
  3. 2+ years in HR, training, or policy development.
  4. Conducting training and development programs for employees.
  5. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  6. Degree in human resources management or CHRP an asset.
