Responsibilities :

• Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries
• Assist in maintaining HR records
• Assist in recruitment process
• Help to manage employee performance
• Schedule meetings, interview, HR events etc.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Produce and submit reports on HR activity
• Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices
• Assist with talent development, 360 benchmarks, and succession planning

Requirements :
