Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. This role is key to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation.
- Handle employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending solutions.
- Support performance review processes.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics.
- Partner with leadership on various HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP or CHRL) is a plus.
