Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, providing guidance and resolving issues effectively
Maintain accurate HR records, ensure data integrity, and generate reports as needed
Support recruitment efforts during peak hiring periods

4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong working knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHRC and other relevant employment legislation
Experience managing HR for a large workforce in a delivery center, project-driven, or high-volume operational environment
A self-starter mindset—proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adaptability to changing priorities
What we offer:
Comprehensive benefits package, including extended health, dental, and vision coverages; life insurance, AD&D, LTD & EAP coverages
