Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our BSO service lines in Canada, reporting to the HR Manager. The key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary HR contact, advising employees and leaders on talent management and employee experience
  • Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to enhance the talent experience—attracting, engaging, and developing our people
  • Supporting leaders in engaging and developing their teams effectively
  • Advising on talent-related matters such as employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, recruitment, and policy adherence
  • Contributing to the delivery of the National Talent Strategy across Assurance and BSO lines
  • Providing reporting and analytics support to inform talent strategies
  • Assisting with recruitment activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Participating in national HR projects

Your experience and education

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong advisory skills and ability to support leadership with strategic recommendations
  • Proactive problem solver with solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to improve processes while managing multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment
  • Comfortable with facilitating presentations and discussions
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR, with a CHRP designation in progress or completed
