Human Resources Generalist
Job description
- Manage training programs, LMS administration, and development of new resources.
- Support recruitment by screening, interviewing, and tracking hiring metrics.
- Administer workplace injury claims, leave programs, and return-to-work processes.
- Collaborate on health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and training certifications.
- Address employee relations concerns and conduct exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate payroll data and HRIS records.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and assist with policy updates.
- Participate in HR projects and provide field support as needed.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in HR Management.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, including HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
- CPHR designation or progression toward it is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information.
