Job description
  • Manage training programs, LMS administration, and development of new resources.
  • Support recruitment by screening, interviewing, and tracking hiring metrics.
  • Administer workplace injury claims, leave programs, and return-to-work processes.
  • Collaborate on health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and training certifications.
  • Address employee relations concerns and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate payroll data and HRIS records.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs and assist with policy updates.
  • Participate in HR projects and provide field support as needed.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in HR Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, including HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
  • CPHR designation or progression toward it is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential information.
