About The Position

Kongsberg Automotive is a leading specialist in designing and manufacturing controls, pedals, and steering columns for the agricultural, construction, and power sports markets. Our product portfolio includes driver and motion control systems, fluid assemblies, and industrial driver interface products. We are seeking a Human Resources Expert Temp to support the Senior HR Expert in updating and improving HR department documentation and processes. This position will be responsible for updating all employee files, CNEEST cases, and other relevant records. This position will have a maximum duration of 20 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Expert to confirm compliance with the Canadian Labor Standards
  • Confirm compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies in HR employee files
  • Update all employee HR files
  • Review and update CNEEST cases
  • Review and update job descriptions.
  • Conduct HR audits to identify potential risks
  • Support in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Able to work on-site
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices,
  • Union Environment experiences
  • Benefits Management and CNEEST cases experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Nethris, Success Factors
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
