Tasks
Define and deploy HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals and directions.
Advise management on strategic issues related to human capital and organizational development.
Lead the entire recruitment cycle: develop attraction strategies, selection processes, write job offers, and integrate new talent.
Structure and coordinate training programs, skills development, and succession planning.
Promote a motivating organizational culture based on shared values.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
Manage performance evaluation processes, recognition, and total compensation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage labor relations, and handle disciplinary cases.
Oversee the administrative aspects of HR: personnel files, absence and leave tracking, management of collective insurance plans and group RRSPs.
Optimize the use of HR technological tools, including the "Folks RH" system.
Provide active advisory support to managers to ensure effective and humane team management.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
3 to 8 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the services or insurance sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
CRHA certification is an asset.
Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
