Job description

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Full cycle recruitment for client group, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting references checks, and issuing offer letters
  • Management of WorkTango employee engagement platform
  • Maintain and update various documents, such as new hire packages and job descriptions
  • Conduct investigations and ensure appropriate resolutions
  • Process and conduct terminations and resignations
  • Management of benefit programs and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers when needed
  • Process bi-weekly payroll with ADP Workforce now
  • Main point of contact for client group; manage employee relations, attendance management, assist with policy interpretation
  • Run weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Provide assistance and advice to employees regarding the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate and co-manage employee engagement committee
  • Maintain employee files on ADP and Iron Mountain
  • Active member of the Health & Safety programs and committee
  • Assist in the administration of the annual performance review process
  • Management of internal intranet
  • Manage Milestone program on a monthly basis
  • Flexible hours as required to support different shifts
  • Participate in projects as required
  • Assist HR team with all other duties as assigned.
