TD Place, part of the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group, seeks an HR Coordinator for a maternity leave contract. The role focuses on recruitment for part-time staff and includes responsibilities such as sourcing candidates and supporting hiring managers. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop their HR skills.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment efforts with a primary focus on part-time hiring and assisting throughout the full-time recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing high-quality candidates, and partnering with hiring managers. This role will ensure the best-fit applicants are identified and hired, while leveraging established networks and pipelines to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will take part in various HR led initiatives to improve the employee experience.
Please note this is a 13-month maternity leave contract with the possibility of an extension. This role is ideally suited for a recent graduate eager to make an immediate impact and broaden their HR skillset.

Located at Lansdowne Park, the TD Place is part of the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) of companies and is the largest and most varied sports and entertainment complex in the city.
