We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and support the selection process to help identify and secure top talent.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth and positive transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including data entry into HRIS systems.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and performance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits to foster strong employee relations.
  • Utilize HR software platforms such as Dayforce, Ceridian, and Lever to streamline HR operations.
  • Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and accurate data entry.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Experience developing and implementing training programs is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
