Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.

We’re currently seeking a motivated, dynamic, and skilled Human Resources professional to fill the position: Human Resources Coordinator – based in Saint John.

The Human Resources Coordinator is accountable for the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across the business. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent! The Human Resources Coordinator's primary responsibility will be for recruitment, which will take approximately 70% of their time, and 30% will be spent on administrative and other HR responsibilities.

Job Duties:

  1. Take ownership of full cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles.
  2. Post jobs on internal and external job boards to attract top talent.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide a positive and engaging hiring experience.
  4. Draft and distribute offer letters.
  5. Manage new hire documentation and maintain accurate digital employee records for compliance.
  6. Ensure all HR systems are updated with accurate employee information.
  7. Support the delivery of the Corporate Onboarding Program.
  8. Track and update key workforce metrics, including turnover rates and employee headcount.
  9. Assist HR Business Partners with any other administrative related tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or administration.
  2. Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields (Human Resources Management Certificate).
  3. A passion for recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
