Job description

The Impact You Will Have

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of key human resources functions—including onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, disability management, training, and employee records. Your work will be central to fostering clear communication between employees and management, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries with professionalism and care. By supporting HR programs and initiatives, you’ll help create a positive, compliant, and people-focused work environment that empowers teams and supports business success.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday

What You Will Do

  • Short Term Disability Process
  • WSIB/Top Up Support
  • Processing Leave of Absence's
  • Employment related letters (Ex: abolishment letter, job abandonment)
  • Client requested reporting
  • Answer client group inquiries
  • Assist Managers with Level 1 and Level 2 Disciplines

What You Will Bring

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
  • Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • CHRP Designation
