Waypoint, a growing company in British Columbia, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support key HR operations across all locations. The role involves maintaining employee records, aiding in recruitment, and managing various HR initiatives. Ideal candidates possess a post-secondary qualification in human resources and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills, alongside a keen attention to detail.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key member of the HR Team, the HR Coordinator will support with the backend HR operations that impact Waypoint employees across all locations. Working closely with the HR Advisor team, they will be the gatekeeper of employee records and champion HR operational processes for the business. This is an incredible opportunity to join an HR department of a growing company, with the ability to support with other HR projects and initiatives that impact the culture and overall company goals. This role will be hybrid with a location preference in metro Vancouver.
