As a Human Resources (HR) Consultant, Respectful Workplace Investigations, you will examine and investigate high profile and high-risk workplace incidents of a serious or offensive behavior. You will use trauma-informed methodology focused on employee experience to create and model leading investigative practices. You will gather information objectively, understand relevant systems and policies, and apply analytical reasoning to determine facts and present clear and concise written findings.
