About The Position
RWDI is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with leaders and employees in designated business units / regional entities. The role serves as a consultant to leaders on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role collaborates to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, provide strategic insight, and develop HR strategies that support and align with organizational goals. The role will also provide subject matter expertise in specific HR functions to drive HR excellence and process improvement.
This role will report to the Director, Human Resources.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
