This is a strategic yet hands-on role combining people change project leadership with core business partnering responsibilities. You'll be the go-to expert for workforce transitions, restructuring, and employee relations whilst providing comprehensive HR support across allocated business units. Perfect for an experienced HRBP who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments and loves getting stuck into complex change projects.
