People & Culture Coordinator at Enwave | CHRP Candidate
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Be a Change Maker at Enwave
Who We Are
At Enwave Energy Corporation, we don’t just keep the lights on—we’re redefining how energy is delivered. Our sustainable energy solutions are powering communities and shaping a greener future. With over 30 years of experience and bold ambitions, we’re scaling up fast. That means big ideas, big challenges, and big opportunities for growth.
We are not your traditional energy company. We’re innovative, collaborative, and constantly pushing boundaries. And we need you—a strategic, hands-on HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
TIDE : Our Cultural Foundation
TIDE is Enwave’s cultural expression of who we are when we are at our best. It enables us to execute our strategy, pivot with agility, and maximize our impact on those we serve. Each component is structured to (1) emphasize a required behaviour, (2) reinforce an expected outcome, and (3) call us all to a unified action.
What’s in It for You
Your Role : More Than Just HR
Are you an HR professional with a passion for recruitment, performance coaching, and building strong partnerships with senior leaders? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy shaping people strategies that make a real difference? If so, Enwave is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate team at Head Office.
As our Corporate HRBP, you will be the go-to advisor for our non-unionized business groups (Finance, Legal, Strategy, etc.). You’ll lead company-wide recruitment efforts, manage onboarding experiences, support performance management, and contribute to policy development and key HR initiatives. This is a hands-on, people-centric role that offers the opportunity to influence, build, and grow within an innovative energy organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a mid-level role. Your primary focus will be leading full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions—collaborating with business leaders to define roles, shape hiring strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performance. You’ll own the corporate onboarding process and ensuring alignment with workforce plans, succession goals and team capability needs. Beyond talent acquisition, you’ll guide performance management across the corporate teams, support leaders on employee development, and support feedback-driven growth. You’ll help activate engagement strategies designed by the Manager, Employee Engagement & Experience, while contributing insights to improve uptake and cultural resonance. You’ll also steward policy development for the corporate group, ensuring practices are compliant, values-aligned, and practical. Finally, you’ll participate in strategic HR initiatives—from program rollouts to data-driven reporting—that support Enwave’s broader People & Culture goals.
