A leading senior living company in Ottawa is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The HRBP will support management in complex HR matters, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with Ontario employment standards. REPORTS TO: Vice President of Human Resources
LOCATION: Ottawa/ GTA
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a support function to the management team for retirement residences in Ontario. The role provides support and direction on specific, complex matters where HR expertise is required for employee relations matters, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and compliance with AODA, OHSA etc. The HRBP promotes Spring Living’s Mission, Vision and Values, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
