AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to oversee the full employment lifecycle and collaborate with business leaders on HR strategies in Mississauga, ON. This role requires strong experience in HR within unionized engineering sectors, focusing on relationship management and change implementation, to foster organizational effectiveness and talent development.

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the employment experience within the client group. You will work in collaboration with the HRBPs and Labour Relations to drive and consult with the business on employment-related matters through the management of key client relationships. This includes having a thorough understanding of the business needs and having a strong influence with employment decisions that further develop our talent and ‘bench strength’. This role is an integral part of the Human Resources team at AtkinsRéalis, acting as the main connection between the business leaders, employees, and the implementation of employment strategies and practices. Establish a partnership with the Project team to meet business objectives and more specifically planning and resource development, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources/Labour Relations - Candu Nuclear Operations.
This role is based out of the Candu Energy Inc. home office in Mississauga, ON.
