Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will execute human resources activities aligned with the business while ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing legislation, regulations, internal policies and best practices.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Corporate, the HRBP plays a strategic role that will ensure HR plans and strategies are closely aligned with and in support of business priorities that will drive a high-performance culture. The HRBP’s strategic focus is on people, organizational structure, and culture, ensuring that we attract, retain and develop diverse talent.
The HRBP will support the development and achievement of business objectives in talent management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, total rewards, employee relations, change management, safety and wellness within their client group.
