A leading franchise in Ottawa is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to support HR services across multiple restaurant locations. The role involves recruitment, training, and employee relations, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with legislative requirements. McDonald's franchise in Ottawa has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant. Must be available to start as soon as possible. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently with the use of numerous tools and resources.
Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide effective Human Resources services to support the attraction, growth, development, retention, and motivation for over 200 employees at multiple restaurant locations. This position is responsible for staffing, training, performance management, employee relations, health and safety, and compliance with policies and legislative requirements. This position works closely with the Operations Manager and other management team members on regular basis. The work schedule is full-time, flexible, and is dependent on the needs of the business. This is a salaried position based on experience. Must have access to own vehicle to visit multiple locations.
