The Human Resources Assistant, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, assists in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and is responsible for providing advice and guidance on the consistent application and interpretation of Human Resources policies, procedures, applicable legislation, and collective agreements.

Salary range $71,281.60 to $85,529.60 based on qualifications, education and experience. The City of Dryden provides comprehensive employee health benefits and OMERS pension.
