Your role :

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS (Bamboo) updates.
  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and prepare new hire orientation materials.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and participate in local committees (Health & Safety, Social Committee, DE&I, etc.).
  • Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

What you bring to the table :

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
