Role Description

This is a full-time, 50% on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst located in Toronto, ON. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for setting the processes and policies of HR functions across the portfolio of six companies including benefits administration, using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and supporting HR management. The analyst will also utilize analytical skills to assess and improve HR practices.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong Analytical Skills - Math/Engineering/Physics/Computer Sci background is a plus
• Experience with BambooHR
• Experience with Greenhouse
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
