POSITION OVERVIEW
Waypoint Insurance is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding employees and managers through the employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company policies and values. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources, have a strong background in HR, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work in-office based on the needs of the role and/or as required be management. Preference will be given to candidates that can work hybrid in Vancouver or Victoria. Travel to branches within British Columbia may be required for the role.
