Homes First Society is seeking an HR Administrator for a 6-month remote contract. This role focuses on optimizing HR operations, enhancing documentation processes, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administration, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Mission Statement: Homes First Society develops and provides affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for people with the fewest housing options.
Position type: Contract, Full-time
Reports to: Human Resources Director
Location: Remote
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility
Contract details: starting ASAP, 6-month contract
Salary: $23.50 per hour with 7% in lieu of benefits
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in improving operational efficiency within the HR department by setting up shared folders, building smart workflows, optimizing documentation, and enhancing internal processes.
