Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrator plays a vital role in the daily operations, supporting managers and employees with P&C needs. This role focuses on recruitment coordination, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for staff
  2. Facilitate staff arrivals and orientations
  3. Support recruitment objectives and processes
  4. Assist in maintaining a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction
  5. Support conflict resolution efforts, including mediating workplace disputes
  6. Provide onsite P&C support to managers and employees
  7. Maintain accurate employment records for all staff
  8. Manage and submit WorkSafe claims and liaise with WorkSafe BC as needed
  9. Assist in policy implementation and compliance with regulations
  10. Oversee uniform ordering, inventory management, distribution, and collection
  11. Work with the Staff Housing Manager on housing assignments for employees
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
  2. Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in hospitality
  3. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
