Ideal Candidates May Be
- Recent or upcoming graduates from college or trades programs
- Interested in structured roles with training and advancement potential
- Open to relocation or working across different regions in Canada
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents
Human Resource Administrator Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
Human Resource Administrator Qualifications
- Highschool diploma and/or diploma/certificate in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, employment standards, and confidentiality practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems (an asset).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
