The Human Resources Administrative Assistant works at the District Education Support Centre in Salmon Arm, reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent, and provides administrative support to the Human Resources department consisting of three exempt staff members and one CUPE staff member. This position performs a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks including but not limited to maintaining the HRIS database, processing employee requests and correspondence, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruiting needs, and minute-taking during collective bargaining negotiations, workplace investigations, and committee meetings. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
