Job description

  • Lead nationwide full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring the data integrity within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Assist the HR Manager with strategic people initiatives, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Support the business with analytics and reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary education (degree / diploma) with a focus on HR.
  • 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • CPHR designation or actively pursuing it.
  • Strong passion for HR and its strategic role in business.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
