- Lead nationwide full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring the data integrity within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Assist the HR Manager with strategic people initiatives, employee relations, and training programs.
- Support the business with analytics and reporting.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Post-Secondary education (degree / diploma) with a focus on HR.
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- CPHR designation or actively pursuing it.
- Strong passion for HR and its strategic role in business.
- Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing deliverables.

- Experience with HRIS systems.
