$85,000.00 – $90,000.00
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Human Resources Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources functions within the organization, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR planning. The Human Resource Director will also be responsible for hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
