The Opportunity
The HRBP will operate as a trusted advisor consultant analyst change agent and coach supporting the managers and their employees in Canada and the USA. The HRBP will sit alongside and collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies that support people and the organizational needs through the deployment of our Employee Experience Strategic Plan.
