Canadian Nuclear Laboratories is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support in a hybrid role. This position involves managing HR programs throughout the employee life cycle, from recruitment to performance management, in a complex unionized environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience and a strong understanding of business operations.

You would be responsible for the implementation and execution at every stage of the employee life cycle and HR programs, including workforce planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, compensation cycle, employee/labour relations and organizational change.
