Job summary

A leading company is seeking a HubSpot Superuser for a marketing automation project. The candidate will work closely with marketing and IT teams to create effective workflows, manage CRM data, and enhance user experience through custom solutions. This is a remote, 4-month contract position requiring strong HubSpot expertise.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in developing and customizing HubSpot CRM.
  • Direct experience with HubSpot plus SFDC is a must.
  • Certified HubSpot professional advantageous.

  • Manage workflows, sequences, forms, and email campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot Salesforce integration.

Job description

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking aHubSpot Superuser for aMarketing Automation project.

  • Working with the marketing team to create and manage workflows, sequences, forms,and email campaigns, calls-to-action, etc. within the HubSpot platform.
  • Working with the IT team to help build / troubleshoot HubSpot Salesforce integration bi-directional data sync for property matching, using details from Salesforce contacts or accounts in HubSpot, etc.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Work with web developer to create custom modules, templates, and functionalities within HubSpot CRM to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes.
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed.

HubSpot Superuser - Marketing Automation Mandatory Skills :

  • At least 2 years’ experience in developing and customizing HubSpot CRM.
  • Direct experience with HubSpot plus SFDC is a must.
  • Familiarity with the well-used HubSpot tools and strategies including, lifecycle stages, email nurturing, sales pipelines, , CRM properties, email marketing, workflows, chatbots, and popups.
  • Experience working directly with sales, marketing and business stakeholders and a multi-disciplinary team.
  • The ideal candidate should be experienced and certified HubSpot professional / enterpriseuser who is a self-starter and works well as part of a team.
