Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in air cargo operations.

• Knowledge of IATA regulations and customs protocols.

• Lead YYZ Cargo Hub Day of Operations.
• Ensure Safety, Security and Service standards.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners and regulators.
• Drive KPIs: OTP, safety, and customer experience.
• Oversee manpower, equipment and budget alignment.
