Responsibilities

The HSE Systems Manager will lead the development, rollout and overall change management of strategic HSE initiatives to ensure their successful implementation. In addition to their system management duties, the HSE Systems Manager will also support Pattern’s waste management and chemical management programs. The HSE System Manager will work with internal and third parties on HSE Initiatives as required.

  • Development, rollout, and overall change management of HSE related initiatives.
  • Manage HSE related systems used to manage HSE Data
  • Lead corporate waste management program
  • Lead corporate chemical management program
Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

Educational Requirements

  • College diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant technical skills include:
  • Systems integration experience
  • Data transformation and integrity
  • Database experience

Required Work Experience

  • Min 8-10 years of corporate Information Technology and Digital Data Management experience
  • Successful completion of university/college studies in HSE or Information Technology

Additional Requirements

  • Must have advanced skill using Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to resolve conflicts, problem solving skills
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple Projects simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits

The expected starting pay range for this role is $103,000 - $139,000. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
