Job Opportunity: HSE Student

We are seeking HSE Students for our project sites in Nisku, AB, within our Canadian Industrial Division. The position is available for 4 or 8 months starting September 2025. As an HSE Student, your contributions will include:

• Assisting HSE Professionals with inspections and investigations
• Managing documentation such as data entry, minutes, and filing
• Developing training materials and other documents
• Reviewing safety paperwork and analyzing site trends
• Monitoring and maintaining environmental programs
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
• Reporting safety incidents and statistical data
• Reinforcing safety standards with project teams

Qualifications

To qualify, you should:

• Be enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Statistics, Occupational Health and Safety, or Psychology
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be proactive in risk prevention
• Have a strong willingness to learn

Working Conditions

• Provide your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots
• Willingness to pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test
